If you are being charged for shipping you will be quoted the price prior to the shipping for customer approval. Some items may require set up at the time of delivery. Presently this service is offered in Metro Manila free. There may be a charge for this service outside this region. International Shipping (OUTSIDE THE PHILIPPINES) - A shipping quote will be provided before sale is finalized and there will be a service fee in addition to the shipping charges. As the sole and exclusive distributor of all the products imported and sold by Modbed Distributor Inc we have secured, and whenever offered by the manufacture, the warranty. If you believe you have a warranty related concern, please contact us immediately so we can have our team evaluate and resolve the concern.
If the item(s) you purchased are covered with a warranty Modbed Distributor Inc is the authorized warranty evaluation and servicing provider. In most cases we will make an appointment to visit your home to evaluate your warranty concern. In most cases warranty serving can be made in your home and within a few minutes; however, if the item needs to be replaced a follow up appointment will be arranged. Please have some pictures of the product you are having possible warranty or service needed issues with. These pictures should be an overall picture of the item, pictures clear to read of any serial number(s), product tags (such as a mattress tag or tags), and pictures that describe visually what the issue is. We ask you complete the form or send us an email so we have a record and ensure a solution identified. Return and exchange

This page is designed as a guide to assist you with your Ergomotion Adjustable base that may have suddenly stopped working. Although the Ergomotion base has electronic parts and they do fail sometimes, more times it is one or more of these following issues which can be fixed by you without much effort. Calling staff for assistance, this is part of our customer service, but we will direct you to the following steps:
This is a basic step by step way to fix most issues with your adjustable bed base by Ergomotion. If you still have issues, please complete the Warranty or Need help page and submit. You may call us too (we ask you complete the form so the owners have been notified of your issue and we can track the progress). We recommend if you remember you contact your sales agent for assistance. All of our sales staff are trained in troubleshooting and service of the Ergomotion bases. Our staff can help you with each step and be a guide for you to trouble check your base. *Modbed charges for service calls that are outside warranty services. Privacy Policy – Customer Data
Many of the items sold by Modbed Distributor Inc are covered by a warranty. A working agreement with our suppliers ensures your warranty is covered even if Modbed were to unexpectedly close. Customer data (Name, Address, Phone, & Email) is never sold and only retained to ensure warranty information is tracked and credited to the correct customer. Because of this you do not need a receipt to request a warranty or service from Modbed. Payment methods are only retained in compliance with local Philippine laws and destroyed as required. Modbed does not collect customer credit card numbers and they are not stored in our point of sale system or receipt books. Modbed does not retain any credit card data in full or part and orders and purchases cannot be searched for by credit card data. Credit card receipts print blocked credit card numbers. Modbed does not sell customer data to anyone and requests for customer data is never shared with anyone. Customer data is stored in our point-of-sale system, and it is password protected. Passwords are randomly changed. Modbed employees are bound by a strict non-disclosure agreement. Purchases made on-line from this web page, Lazada, Shopee, after a quote from StoreHub, at Modbed Home are covered by the limited return policy as required by Philippine law. Each item may have a unique policy, Please ask your sales agent. These services may retain some of your data to ensure purchase tracking and history and are secured with your passcode into that system via your account. On-line purchases will be verified before the transaction is finalized, every time, to ensure there is no fraud or customer purchase errors. Payment are returned for unverified transactions. Our on-line credit card processing is by PayPal and you should be aware limited data is collected by PayPal in efforts to secure your transaction and provide payment protections (this may happen even if you choose to not buy the payment protection program). In summary: We collect your Name, Address, Phone, Email so we can track warranty, delivery, setup, and servicing of items purchased from Modbed. Care and Cleaning
Care and washing of items sold by Modbed Distributor Inc
Bedding: Bedding should be washed prior to use and as necessary. Be sure you use mild laundry soap and we recommend 20c to cold water only. Mattress and Pillow Protectors: Mattress and Pillow Protectors are designed to be a protective barrier between your mattress or pillow investment and our everyday environments. Protectors should only be washed when it is absolutely necessary. Over washing protectors may cause failures. Mattress: Your mattress cover should not be washed, even if it can be removed. Spot clean or hand wash soiled area only. Covers may shrink and will not fit the mattress again. Pillows: Most pillows are a single piece and do not come apart. They cannot be washed without causing damage to the feel and or shape of the pillow. Pillows with foam will likely never dry again. Furniture and adjustable bases: Dusting and spot cleaning with fabric, wood, or all-purpose cleaner is acceptable. Cleaning agent should be used sparingly and tested prior to major use for stains, texture changes, or discoloration. Kitchen and Bath Accessories: Plastic, silicon, nylon, bamboo, stone, and synthetic molds may be washed and dried with a soft cloth as necessary. Some items are dishwasher safe. Wood or Bamboo items should be washed and dried by hand - food grade oil to keep them fresh. Tumble dryers: we do not recommend tumble drying of linens, but they may be quickly tumbled to soften and release wrinkles. Overheated drying may cause shrinking of some fabrics. In some cases, the washing some items may void warranty. You should also check retail packaging and law tags for additional cleaning suggestions.
